Find a different streaming service, they have horrible billing practices and even worse customer service. They dont care about their customers, they only care about profits.

"Do not subscribe to their service"
Do not subscribe to their service, Android app and Mac webplayer only allow you to play 30 second sample for any piece of music you play from their catalogue. This is even after registering and giving them my visa card. I canceled my account a number of times after their bot help desk do not reply to questions. What a fiasco Qobuz!!!! I have other music services app that always worked, but not Qobuz...

"The best sound quality"
The best sound quality. Great catalog, app works always, clean.. love it. I tried Spotify, apple music an tidal. I liked Qobuz the best.

"Tidal is 1000x easier and works."
Tried 10 times to enter my perfect credit card and the site won't accept it. 100s of Comments on the web about the same issue.

"Sadly their app has become simply appalling"
App was okay years ago but has become terrible. Really slow, regularly taking seconds to respond after you press something, and constantly crashing.

I downloaded playlists for a flight… and they were all empty!! The downloads were finished, the songs were on the phone, but the playlists would only populate later, when there was an internet connection - so completely useless for a long flight. This happened to all downloaded playlists on both my iPhone and iPad.

And the last time I contacted customer services to raise these (and other) issues, they literally took over a week to respond!

I wanted to be loyal to Qobuz, as they are a smaller player and I have used them for years. But sadly they just no longer compete with their rivals (who have more comprehensive catalogues btw).

Qobuz is simply not worth the money these days.

The app is quite simply awful.

"ARTISTS BEWARE! Don't Submit Music to This Service!"
ARTISTS BEWARE! This company will not remove your music, even if you go through the proper channels and file a takedown request with your distributor (like distrokid, cdbaby etc). I've made multiple takedown requests to try to get my music catalog removed and they still refuse to remove anything nearly a month later! After getting in touch with someone there, they replied with a taunting and disrespectful tone. Very unprofessional and uncooperative!

"No way to report bugs"
I have been a subscriber for a long time. I find it a bit buggy but I can get hi-res at a reasonable price and I like having access to online booklets. Today I was streaming and found that one track went silent after about 2 and a half minutes. I imported it in three different resolutions and all were the same. I listened on Spotify but there is no problem there. When I try to file a bug report I click on an icon and it says I will be able to find articles, chat with an agent or leave a message. None of the articles addresses the problem and I can't find out how to chat or to leave a message. Maybe there are so many bugs that they don't want to hear any more complaints.

"Worst of the worst"
Worst of the worst. I bought an album to download and the file is corrupted. I asked for assistance and got repetitive unhelpful responses. I assume it was a bot. Claimed to be named Sebastien. I asked for a refund and they refused. So I just wasted 15 bucks. Cool.

Nothing is in English.
Please do not use these people, their methods are deplorable and manipulative.
No response from support so I have had to cancel the unauthorised payment directly with paypal.
Scammers! Please do not fall into the same trap as I have.

"Qobuz Has Too Many Technical Problems - Avoid"
I made the big mistake of purchasing a year long subscription. I will say that when it works, Qobuz sounds great. The problem is it rarely works. First it would just quit working. Then it would work but not on some of the songs. Finally, it just plays for a few seconds, stops for a few seconds and repeats the same process. I have tried everything they recommended to fix the problems but nothing works. I asked to get out of my commitment and they said that under no circumstances is there ever a refund.

"STAY AWAY"
I tried them out, thought I cancelled the subscription and saw money kept coming out. Tried to cancel again and it says 'cancel request' - I have tried contacting them on several channels, no response. STAY AWAY.
